Homemade: Brooklyn is a showcase for all locally made products and performers. It is a tightly curated collection of artists, designers, chefs, and enthusiasts from around the borough. I wanted to promote the diverse creativity that is happening in Brooklyn today and give a platform for new and established businesses.

MCMC Fragrances
Anne McClain the creator of MCMC Fragrances studied perfumery and aromatherapy extensively. McClain traveled all the way to Grasse, the “Perfume Capital” of France to further her research and now has applied her knowledge to create her innovative and authentic perfume line. Each fragrance is crafted by McClain with high quality ingredients in her studio in Brooklyn. We are looking forward to this amazing aroma to hit Homemade:Brooklyn this weekend!

Based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn mgmy was created by Megumi Yoshida in 2007. Her collection of ceramic pieces and lamps are amazingly beautiful and unique. From her hanging lamps to her salt and pepper shakers Yoshida’s collection is one that will definitely impress. We look forward to sharing her collection with you!

Off The Mat Workshop
Off the Mat returns with a free workshop exploring how to use raw materials for natural detoxing, cleaning and moisturizing of the skin. You can also learn how to make your own soap, oil and scrub. Fay Andrada

Homemade:brooklyn is excited to welcome Fay Andrada to our line up! Andrada is a Graphic designer and Illustrator who recently returned to Brooklyn after spending two years up in Portland Main mastering her skills as a metalsmith. She will be sharing with us her amazing and beautiful collection of jewelry that has been created and produced from her “playful imagery.” To learn more about Andrada, her inspirations and art check out her blog…but don’t forget to come and see her work in person starting June 25th at Homemade: brooklyn!



Miniature Rhino

Jessica Marquez is coming to Homemade: brooklyn to impress us once again with Minature Rhino. Miniature Rhino is a collection of amazing small and intimate creations that Marquez has put together. She uses crafts such as embroidery to produce small pieces that she says “creates a personal atlas form memory and memento”. She will be returning to us with her letter writing service, where she helps others to create personal and one of a kind messages. Don’t miss Marquez and the Minature Rhino on June 26th from 12-6pm at Homemade: brooklyn.


Brooklyn Filmmaker’s Collective

Brooklyn Filmmaker’s Collective will return to Homemade: brooklyn June 25th on opening night. The BFC are a group of independent filmmakers who explore alternative and innovative ways to producing films. Their mission to create amazing and unique work and discovering genuine talent among members is what makes them so special. We look forward to the BFC joining us for a screening once again, this time featuring the film “Feline Frenzy”.
Brooklyn Brainery : Grilling and Smoking Workshop

Brooklyn Brainery is back joining us with another amazing workshop! As usual the Brainery is offering an expert to help guide us, this time in a Grilling and Smoking Workshop. Emily Beebe of The Wooden Spoonful will be there to help lead the class and make all of us experts on marinades, grilling steaks, fish, veggies and more. She will even tell you how to correctly cook bacon in your kitchen!

Treehouse Brooklyn
Treehouse is a one of a kind shop located on Graham in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Filled with local independent designers, vintage pieces and various accessories and crafts Treehouse is a way for their visitors to get in touch with their unique styles and spirits. This June’s Homemade: brooklyn welcome Treehouse with a selection of original pieces and jewelry.
